Internet Explorer:

Choose Tools -> Internet options -> General tab

Here you can select ‘Colors’ and ‘Fonts’ and alter them to one that you find preferable.

The ’Accessibility’ tab enables you to apply your own style sheet to the web page.

If you only wish to alter the text size of a web page, choose View -> Text size and select your preferred option.

Netscape:

Choose Tools -> Options -> to change fonts and colours for web pages

Choose View -> Text Size to alter the size of text.

Choose View -> Page Style -> No style to remove the pages css style sheet.
